six hours till departure

i am leaving tomorrow for the UK

my feelings are mixed with excitement and anxiety. i know once we are on the plane and headed there i will feel better. sometimes this whole waiting thing makes it harder.

by the Lords grace my team is going to the UK debt free.
last Monday my co-leader Robyn met with an acquaintance to talk about money.
he had lost his job, was fighting a court settlement and found himself living on the street for the past seven years. recently he got his settlement money and decided to donate $100 to our team.
after giving he told Robyn that God was asking him to give more. that is when he asked Robyn how much we still needed, she said $17,000 and he wrote a check!!!

this is a miracle. we serve a great God and he does provide! this experience so far has been such a growth process for me spiritually and personally and we haven't even left yet!!

please be in prayer over our team:
-that we would preserver, even when we are tired and want to give up
-that we would have love for one another and those in the UK that would overflow into all the cracks of things that might get in the way (annoyances, struggles, insufficiencies)
-joy while we serve
-that we would be transparent to one another and the people of the UK
-that we would be Bold in sharing the gospel
